Unless you are on the strip, off East Fremont, or super close to one of these (or have a really, really baller property you can offer at a competitive price), you won't be able to charge very much.

I am from Ohio and invest in Ohio but I have lived and worked my entire adult life in different parts of Asia and have traveled  extensively through 12 Asian countries. 

I lived there for 2 years and I'm regretting coming back to the Cold North East. 

It is working out pretty well all in all, since I am almost always on line even when I am on a 5 week bike trip across Europe, except on a long flight to Asia or Africa or on safari with no internet.No one will manage the way you want them to- just silly things like putting 2 little bottles of conditioner in the toiletry basket instead of one shampoo and one conditioner, or checking to see if some places in the yard were cleaned that might not be on the normal checklist but because of recent weather you think there might be a problem.

Brownsville and East New York are still far too unstable to invest in.

Anyone have a recommendation for cheap basic Austin mowing?

vacancy in most of metro PDX is like 1% or less.. need no stats to tell you that.I see PDX as a west side east side place..
