Hello, My name is Rose Ann.  Both my husband and I are new to biggerpockets.  I have the free membership, were he has the pro.  We are looking to start buying properties for flips as well as rentals.

There is so much information on here it is hard to know where to start.

I am in the food & beverage industry.  My husband is in construction.  So we do have some knowledge on cost's on rehab property.
