Yes it’s very sentimental because we all designed the house as a family and yes we would like to keep it as a vacation rental that we can use when off season.

Guessing this will be a zoning issue and or what the park is legally designed for.

Buyers need to be able to visualize their likes and designs in the home.2.

Do you know if conventional loans require this designation of primary vs secondary?   

Also you have a quote and say in the design. 

Floor plan is already designed for the additions.
