If I went ahead and did this before I financed, would I get enough back to make it worth doing?

Find someone who is 5-10 years ahead of where you are and ask as many questions as possible, in my experience investors are always willing to chat with people who are as hungry for success as they are.

I have had ups and downs in my short investment career but I am all hands on deck and full speed ahead. 

Once you've made money from several deals, and have a desire to increase your potential yield, go ahead and try a delinquent deal, but DON'T start with one.

We are looking at a 600k property with a nice rent roll but we must stop while we are ahead, the debt snowball we are creating needs to melt down a little before we pick up our next one!

The Jan 22 notice gave you a heads up that they were going to leave so although the date was wrong they gave you an opportunity to start looking for a replacement tenant.15 days from the Feb 21 notice would take you to Mar 8.

I also stated that if you are able and have the knowledge, go ahead and try by and turn quickly.I added a lot more information in my original post and have added to that in other posts on this site.

Some of these may be things I figure out as I go, but I would love to do some reading about it ahead of time.

Also, i would love to hand down a business to my children so they have a vehicle to move them closer to financial independence.I am excited to be on BP and look forward to the adventures ahead.
