I do run the app, message guests, and solve various issues myself.

From what I've read, the County has only been approving a handful of the apps each month up until recently.

I'm leaning more towards Flipster, but I'm going to continue doing more research and look into more softwares to figure out which app has the most advance features and up to date comps, marketing tools, leads, etc.

I submitted an app online for a 40k loan...they called me the next day to ask a few questions about the purpose of the loan...they then approved me for 30k at 8.79% for 6 years.

@Debbie Lee  I knew a guy who told me he records all his business phone conversations through an app on his phone.

Up until recently, I was using pay apps such Venmo and PayPal to receive rents/deposits/fees until they starting charging transaction fees.
