As a Colorado member I like seeing private money and Colorado in the title!

I know most BP member are painting trim white - But if I do that I will still have brown window trip and brown doors - do most of you guys replace/paint window trim and door as well?

I really would love to do more like flipping or some of the fancier stuff that some of the members here do but first, I would like to study the implications of taxation, especially CGT.

We offer a large general meeting event the first Saturday of the month (guests are free to their first meeting) and throughout the month we offer Monday Night Workshops (topic chosen by members), Focus Groups (Commercial, Women in Real Estate, Mobile Homes, Notes, Mineral Rights, etc.) as well as additional classes for extra fees (Wholesaling, Funding your deals, real estate contracts, RE accounting, etc.).
