The area is so eclectic, there are what appears to be some professional ladies working the area as well as high end interior design shops on the same street.

There are so many blueprints on line for free and I want to use those to sketch my own home design.

Its basically designed for those self-employed or small business owners who deduct up the wazoo. 

(Why do these manufactures use wallpaper designs that your great grandmother would have picked out?)

If you would prefer to charge a cleaning fee, make sure your STR stands out in design/decor and offers amenities that no one else has.
