curb appeal ideas
Hey BP.
I have a home that needs some curb appeal added. I don't want to spend to much money on the exterior. It will be a rental property. I was thinking about power washing the dirty brick, a new door. I would probably change or paint the columns and rail. Paint the shutters, not sure what to do with the brown area below the windows. The roof is also brownish, I would also do some landscaping. Any ideas, colors and designs would be highly appreciated!
Thanks
-Brandon
