I've read a lot of info, watched a lot of video, been to several seminars,  but I'm not really able to translate all this info from theory to practice yet.

While I never heard of 40 yr mortgages, I would gather they have the same style/format as other FHA products in the 15-30 yr. 

I came across Chris Goff on youtube, watched his wholesaling video and I was impressed with that he had to say.
