Newbie in Austin, TX

Hello all!

My name is Nicho (like Nico), I live in Austin Texas, and I'm basically a newbie. I've read a lot of info, watched a lot of video, been to several seminars,  but I'm not really able to translate all this info from theory to practice yet. I have wanted to be an investor most of my life, this is my passion, I don't have a plan B, I'm hungry to become a top investor, I'm just not sure how to get there. I'm not allowed to ask for a mentor here, so I'm not, I'm just introducing myself. 

I won't quit, I will not give up, I will make investing my full time career, and I will one day help others achieve their goals! I'm excited to be here, and learn all I can from this site, and get to know some of the investors in the area. 

When i close my eyes and picture how I want my future to be, I can't see myself doing anything else but waking up, finding deals, making offers, flipping, fixing, holding, renting, and making money while helping others in the process.
