Hello everyone!

Looking into home-ownership in the near future and a potential beginning of my real estate investing. 

Really interested in the "house hacking" approach but really intimidated with the current prices of houses in south Bay Area and whether it's a good idea to start here.

Looking forward to learning as much as I can and please let me know good books to read!
