I need a private money partner lined up so I can feel confident making offers on great deals, but I will not be able to secure the support of a private money partner without having great deals locked in.What would private money partners look for in a deal to feel comfortable investing with a brand new investor?

If you have to refill homes, it's best to determine if there is enough demand to support the park during the hard times.

Assuming no one is manipulating the VA profit margin to stick it to vets while publicly saying they "support the veterans," which banks like to do all the time (I wish they were required to publicly disclose when they set their VA loan profit margins higher than conventional, in many cases it's a whopping 2x).

What has made me less excited is the fact that numerous tenants of mine are now giving notice and buying their own houses!

According to her...by renting in a desired area for weeks at a time she is able to cover all her expenses in only a few months and allows her to support lots of her living expenses in her current property in NY.I am well aware, that there are variables such as how much she bought the new property for, how much she put down, how much rent is she getting, where she currently lives now, etc. 

The form instructs them to list the charges they are contesting and provide any/all evidence to support their claim.

Also are all systems the same in regards to counties they support?

I have spoken to the previous tenant numerous times asking them to change their mailing address for all of their future packages;  I even called the local Fedex, UPS, USPS multiple to request stop delivery all packages to my rental property under that person's name, but packages are still keep on coming even now.  

It's important to remember we are doing a balancing act with numerous Federal, State, County, and Municipal actions preventing evictions.
