Pandemic Causing Separations?

I don't know about anybody else, but I am getting a huge number of "about to be single" applicants for my vacancies. Way more than I would usually get. Several saying they are getting a divorce, or just plain leaving their significant other.  I am very curious if this is a result of people staying at home with their significant others 24/7 during this pandemic. Anyway, it's means more applicants for my vacancies!

Also, I was super excited about the low interest rates and refinancing of some properties. What has made me less excited is the fact that numerous tenants of mine are now giving notice and buying their own houses!
