Banks thinking they may actually use it as reserves etc.. but what do we do.. especially W 2 folks that got into deals with only their fico or liar loans.. next thing you know they pull 30k or more out and they do exactly what your saying.. instead of using it as reserves it goes for everything.. but .... the joke of paying off high interest credit cards .. then just repeat the cycle.. run them right back up.. or buy that Jet ski you always wanted and deserve.. or the RV or the trip to Fiji  etc etc.. it is for all these reasons there will always be deals and distressed assets in the US... a certain % of the public simply cannot handle their personal credit no matter what

@Mechelle Sanders  I think @Dion DePaoli  has given you chapter and verse on why what your posting and talking about just is not reality.. and its not meant at you personally you don't know the difference .. someone in the daisy chain is leading you on.. and your just repeating what they are telling you... not your fault.

I have done the trick of scrapping a painting with marine grade paint from mendards and after 2 years you have to repeat this process.

Repeat the same process until u save up a good chunk of change; THEN, buy a piece of land in a nice area and BUILD a property on it...what ever u invested thus far will be doubled AT THE VERY LEAST depending on how fast ur looking to collect.Soooo; YES, u can NOT ONLY make it; BUT, bc ur a construction worker ur poised to do MUCH better than the rest of us...Good luck + feel free to in-box me for assistance, I might NOT reply right away but I WILL reply.
