I am interested to know if you use any kind of loan servicing software for these mortgage notes. 

Maybe I should get an agent to submit my offer and then I don't have to deal with this Company directly.

Of course your website isn't producing any leads directly if you aren't paying for ads or top ranked organically but it sounds like it is helping convert certain leads that are more comfortable going to a website and submitting info

Then, if you use a good property management software, you will be able to go back to collecting rent and going to college.  

Several I told agent do not bother to submit as they will not get the attention of sellers.  

So my question is since I'm looking to grow and want to have a process, what property management software should I use.

It's a great software but we're managing a lot of properties. 

I retained counsel to represent the insured who took the steps necessary to get the town to approve the plat.I suggest you submit a claim to your insurer, the worst they can do is deny liability and you're no worse off, except for the loss of time.
