I've heard of people (mostly whiners on the evening news) talk about this type of situation so I wasnt sure if it was a reality or not.

In my local news recently (Maryland), a county was just ordered to return a woman's pit bull service dog even though they have a breed ban in place, so that should help with establishing the breed restrictions vs service dog issue, at least in that state.

The one bit of good news is the seller told his agent "he doesn't want to lose us".

The good news for me is that the driveway is actually only 33' x 16', so the costs aren't quite as bad as I thought!

Hi @Chris Giffin, I heard on the news the other day that 70% of home sales in Palm Beach County, (where I live) last month were cash sales.

That's good news.

Though prices in southern California are extremely high in most areas, the upside is that we have a great, broad based economy, high median household incomes (meaning people can afford the rents) perfect year round weather that draws people from around the world when their area is having extreme cold, plus all the amusements, sports, recreation, etc. imaginable!
