Nearly 50% Of All Home Sales Now Cash, As Institutional Investor Activity Hits New High

Hello BP nation. I've been researching REI for the past few months and have found the information on BP.com and the BP podcast very insightful. I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a deal, and I'm sure I'll have some questions, so I wanted to introduce myself and post an article that I thought might incite some discussion.

So, how does this effect small investors, especially those just getting started?
