I have been researching and wanted some suggestions on if it makes sense to buy a Single Family Home in Sacramento specially considering the current market situation in the bay area.

Medical specialization is VERY SPECIFIC in certain aspects.

I need a real estate that is specialize in investment  and rental properties.
