Hi,

My name is Kushagra and I live in the Dublin, CA. I am planning to buy my 1st investment property. I have been researching and wanted some suggestions on if it makes sense to buy a Single Family Home in Sacramento specially considering the current market situation in the bay area. Looking to make some positive cash flow. Also if would be great if someone could recommend a good real estate agent for Sacramento.
