Fascinatingit is a continuing social experiment.. 

It turns out that a water leak claim from a rental condo is tied to my social security number and thus major insurers are shying away from me even though the two properties are not related. 

ok my question might be off topic but if anyone have answers/suggestions please let me knowMe and my wife brought our first home and our first investment property all under her social security number cause of my bad credit history.

What obstacles might I run into?

Here are some of the perks that i would like : -Security / Background checks -Automatic listings to be able to post on social media platforms-Auto listings to be able to put on website to get automatic rental applications-Auto Late FeesThanks BP !
