Do you use a social media management tool that posts to all the sites for you? 

Ideally, I'd like to get duplex.I joined this forum because every time I ended up doing any kind of an internet search, more often than not, I ended up on this site and getting the right answer/advice.

I thought that searching the internet and meeting the person face to face was enough. 

Maybe social media?? 

My advertised rental that he wants is $475.00 per month and so it would appear that he should easily be able to afford my rental, except the only proof of disability income which he was able to provide me from the Social Security Administration, dated: Nov 28, 2014 indicates only $946.00 to be paid on the 3rd day of each month.

Its sort of an important point, we as modern investors with access to the internet, we dont need to invent anything.
