Can anyone lend an opinion about this city in Alabama? I'm currently in GA but am considering going there to take a look at some buy and holds. Most concerned with neighborhood, particularly, 36201 zip. Easy/difficult to rent; class C or D, property management availability (i.e., property managers won't even go there). Any direct info would be helpful. The internet cannot tell the full story. Thanks.
