Unfortunately, in the real world, unless you have lots of experience in creating scopes of work and creating schedules and managing contractors, it's unlikely that something like this would go smoothly, unless there was NO overlap in work.For example, if the downstairs guy has plumbing work to do downstairs and the upstairs guy has plumbing work to do upstairs, there's bound to be issues.
