You want to pay a monthly fee to get deals that get sent to an entire mailing list, all that are not vetted and unlikely to be even close to a deal?

Now their Venmo interface shows the money being sent to me, and my interface shows the money not being received by me.

Wintertime is likely a factor as others stated.I did get mine rented, but it involved lowering the rent (once I realized mine was the MOST expensive house in town), and making the PM take new pictures and I wrote the description and sent it to them to post with it.Property managers don’t really care how long it takes to rent.

The guest will automatically be sent both or either a link for the app and a keypad code when they book.

How will the seller sign the contract I sent over email?
