Not just another door locks question

I'm closing on a property in Franklin, NC (WNC) that we plan to STR. There are 6 doors to the exterior (front entrance, garage entrance, basement entrance (next to hot tub), and 3 doors on the main level to the back porch.

I am planning to put 2 smart locks (probably Kwikset 916 - I do think the Schlage is better quality, but I like being able to rekey myself). What should I do for the other 4 doors? Just handle with standard deadbolt (i.e.: not a smart lock)?
