I've read many considerations once a location is determined, but getting that narrowed down seems to be the biggest obstacle at the moment.

I've always been skeptical but a deal came to me that seemed perfect for this scenario.Here's the deal:I've been advertising in Tooele Utah (my home town) that I buy homes looking to pick up some rentals.

Looks like a great product if you want to keep it cheap and DIY it (though seems to take a bunch of time).

I have heard of Investors Bank, they seem to have a good rep in NY. 

I live in the Boston area and it seems as if the closest I can get is about 20-25mins outside of the city.

We are in different markets, but still it seems you overpaid for what you got.

It seems as soon as I mentally made that decision deals and opportunities are falling into my lap.
