Rental Lenders

Hi,

We are looking to expand our rental portfolio in Philadelphia PA. We have been working with a local lender for years but their main objective is rehabs and new construction. Which local lenders or out of state lenders would you recommend?

Another investor recommended "Investors Bank" as an option. Does anyone currently work with them?

Thanks a lot,

Andresa

Replied

I tried to bring my business over to Investors bank and when I called and spoke to one of their business bankers and explained that I am a landlord with over 10 units and looking to grow, the rep was not interested at all in helping and was very abrupt.

They are not the bank for real estate investors.
