Another spring has arrived, and another season awaits.

Idol has been pretty weak this season, for sure.

as an avid fisherman, I would like to see "open season" on these carp.

I have a 3 family that I pay the heat...it's 3 stories and each floor is it's own apartment...we call them 3 deckers here in Boston...I just bought the house 2 months ago and now it's heat season...looking for suggestions as to which floor I should put the thermostat in...I'm debating on either the 2nd or 1st...I have had conflicting advice by 2 contractors...anyone here have this issue?..

So if there are any seasoned RE pros out there reading this, I'm more than happy to dial some phones or return a few emails in return for any wise words.I also have a pretty funny situation going on in terms of getting started.

In my opinion, the best thing that you can do is get really familiar with your market, find a seasoned investor/real estate agent, offer them any value that you can, and learn from them.

It wouldn't have information pertaining to other months/seasons. 

This all just started suddenly last weekend, we saw higher DOM's from Nov-Jan. which is in line with our typical (pre-Covid) seasonality.

Should I have them wire the money to my savings then use it when it is seasoned?
