If a child is living in substandard housing they are less likely to stay in the home, to study and have a social environment for their friends, at least the friends they would like to have.

Even with a whole winter of studying notes and getting the basics down it has still been a struggle for me as EVERYONE around me is freaking out about what I am trying to do.

I have already studied a lot of the approaches he had mentioned, but he did say one line in his webinar that has pretty much changed my life in a manner of speaking.

Read a few more books, study some of the previous threads (all your questions have been answered in previous threads) and try working as a "bird dog" for an experienced investor to learn the ropes.

Or, if you make an offer with an agent A-B, than you cannot list it on the MLS and must find your own buyer.I don't think doing that is actually illegal but again he has to protect the office's interest and since there are no case studies proving him otherwise, he just says don't do it.

Learnt a little then about the USA market and have now decided to invest into the market via an LLC, with my husband, Peter and our 2 adult children....Damien and Elisha I have purchased Monica Mains home study course and am seriously considering to come and do her course in September 2010...VERY KEEN to get going on this and plan to have a minimum of 2 multi family apartment buildings and possibly a mobile home park by Christmas.
