I have my safety deposit box there and unfortunately, if they can foreclose on the wrong house, I could easily see them drilling into the box and trashing it out by mistake.

Then if they are seeing that the roach problem is not going away due to the tenant not following through with their end of the bargain I give start giving lease violations for "effecting the health and safety" of other tenants because you are now making your problem their problem :) Hope that helps!

I would make sure that there is no pealing paint in the apartment and include in your lease that the tenant is responsible for the safety of their visitors and must supervising all visitors under the age of 18.
