I am tracking a property that is scheduled for Auction this week (provided it isn't postponed!)

Today is day 2 of my new schedule I have set in place for myself, and things are looking great!

There are many existent threads about putting properties into LLCs post-close, so I won't comment on that.Mind Schedule E on the tax returns.

However, I am able to routinely get around typical asset protection plans such as Trusts and LLCs.

By law in our city, we have to give them 3 days notice before entering, but I often give them more notice than that if we know ahead of time what the schedule is.
