inspection notice
How much time should you give a tenant before inspecting the housE they are renting from you?

By law in our city, we have to give them 3 days notice before entering, but I often give them more notice than that if we know ahead of time what the schedule is. For instance, we find out a couple of months in advance when our city inspection will be, and I let the tenants know then and remind them about a week or so beforehand.
