The bogus ones, well, they are counting on the landlord just rolling over and not doing their due diligence.I love dogs and I have always held there are no bad or evil dogs, the problem is always the owner and trainer.Having said that, you must comply with the law but so must the person claiming their adorable pooch is a service dog and not just their pet or watchdog.

Well, first you would need to get a Realtor license, that involves taking courses and passing a test, I am thinking a year for that, others could be more specific.

I know people that started off initially with a $500 per month mailer budget, and it took them awhile to land their first deal, but every time they did they rolled the profits right back into marketing and now this person is closing on about 3-5 properties per month.

If buyer was looking for a property like mine, they may wait until Friday to pull the trigger if they see that this one has been completely remodeled, etc.Normally I would be in such a hurry, but once Christmas rolls around, we're looking till after new year until buyers potentially start looking again.

The person can request a hearing to fight the garnishment (which won't work for them once a judgment has been issued) or they can do nothing and their employer has to abide by the garnishment.It's a bit of a pain in the beginning, but worth it when the checks start rolling in later.
