Listing in MLS before Rehab complete
I'm curious if anyone lists their property in MLS before the rehab is complete.
I'm selling in a very tight market, and want to catch any pre-christmas buyers before it's too late.
Home will be ready to show Friday.
Should I go ahead and list and include that it won't be available to show until Friday ?
Does anyone have any experience with this ?

If the work will be completed when you do the first showing to retailers and they aren't looking at a property under construction then that's should be fine....
Kudos,
