This house was basically a shell 🤣 not saying there’s not a buyer for it BUT it works out a little bit quicker when you have a house that’s actually able to be inhabited 🤣🤣.Don’t shy away when you come across people who try to shut you down.

Right now, if you don't have a lot of money saved up and you want to get into the game, you'll be able to get started a little quicker as generally a 2 unit will be less expensive that a 4 unit. 

Does anyone have any ideas about how to solve this and get our units filled quicker?

I realize that some non-judicial states have quicker foreclosure periods. 

Perhaps that'll be one of my new year's resolutions to get in some hefty assignment deals....Kudos,Mary

Could I have gotten there quicker with real estate?

Notification and Dispute Resolution: Annually, assessors must notify owners of short-term rental units of the number of days their property was leased for short-term stays.

I am aware I am a builder and my bank allows me 12 spec loans at a time but if I pre sell that does not go against my spec number this allows me to build and sell at a much quicker pace... although they also want copies of the transactions and if they thought the presales were just flippers tying up the homes I am pretty sure those would not count at least to my banker..
