My employer is paying to relocate me to Wash DC area to spend 2 years working in Pentagon.  

Floors just need to be washed and clean as possible.

Just annoying that they made me wash it first.

His issue was he was holding onto the property (and making large/costly finance payments) while deal after deal kept falling through bc the buyers couldn't qualify, etc (there was always something).  

and that my friends is the number one reason for wash out of agents and wholesalers. ( wholesalers being agents just not licensed)(

Yes @Jessica Zolotorofe, as long as all the rules are followed it should be fine, but you know when it is father/son type of situation the temptation is there to bend the rules specially when the pressure is on, hence my recommendation. 

I am currently using RedFin to look for properties, they allow you to tour the house with no obligations and pressures from a real estate agent.

I told my agent, I'd appreciate if you quit pressuring me about the $$ factor, I don't like the tenants, and quite honestly don't feel comfortable inheriting anyone else tenants.  

One "mentee" said one of his major take-away was he learned how to run an actual business, and that he was actively doing deals outside of the course because he had three years of experience prior to taking it.

I suspect this is his revenge, trying to pressure me to cut down the tree.
