Newbie From the Greater Sacramento Area

Hello everybody, my name is Stephanie and I am brand new to the industry. I have been considering real estate for quite some time now but always have stood by and watched, never ready to just jump in. After a friend came to me about the idea of buying and flipping  single family homes together she recommended this site. Can I say wow! 

My short term goals are to buy and flip homes to create enough capital to A. buy my own home and B. purchase rental properties to rely on for retirement. Long term goal is the latter. 

I would love to network with others in my area and also meet some wholesalers out here to get business started. Any advice is appreciated.
