Her attendance is down recently but she can also attract hundreds with the right speaker.There are clubs in LA that specifically advertise themselves as no-sales-allowed events (see FIBI on Meetup.com).

As it is now, a tenant at a rental I own in one development has no idea I own 2 more in the same development.I usually just advertise on those For Rent by Owner sites.

Red flag #1: Guru holding a free seminar (it really is not free, it is an up sell to costly programs, boot camps, and personal training sessions to the tune of many thousands of dollars.Red Flag #2: The advertisement video shows a clip of attendees dancing and cheering and all excited in the audience = Hype and more Hype which is all fluff and BS.Red Flag #3: So-called top RE flip investor in the country - then why not keep flipping rather than market courses and seminars?

The only publishing is in the local legal organ (newspaper for that county) advertised for 4 weeks the previous month before the sale date.

Hoas and condos can generally have only a certain percentage of rentals, because beyond that number. people don't want to buy and live in it. think PROJECTS.Fourth-the price to purchase condos is usually fairly cheap, and even the dues advertised is probably fairly cheap--the first year.

In NY you need to advertise your LLC formation in 2 newspapers for 6 weeks and that really adds to the cost.
