I wanted to ask someone if they any experience with the private my house deals. How do I approach for a loan? Are there terms set or can I set them? I read a book once that said with private lenders I can set the terms, is this true here? Thanks in advanced for your help

Doug, great to see you on here. I started using your site in philly, But i have found that alot of the properties that show as still avail are really under contract once followed up.... maybe something you want to take a look at... i havent used your private money list yet but plan to in the future Doug
