Account Closed I used Wix (frankly just because Brandon Turner likes it and I did not have the time to investigate any other sites) It took me a good Sunday morning to put the site together and get it online, you can check it out at www.bluedanubeproperties.com I found it pretty easy to use.

This will let you see anomalies in your expenses, if something is higher one month, it can trigger you to investigate for a problem.Also set up transaction reports so that it is easy to create lists of expenses and income per property at the end of the year when preparing to do your taxes, or send to your accountant.As I said at the beginning, starting now and getting organized will save you a lot of time and possibly money in the future.

@Eric Michaels I actually don't think we disagree for the most part.One needs to have a legit lender.I guess where I differ is I don't really care what piece of paper I give someone since I am legit and my lenders are legit and I am going to close.By the time I talk to my lenders I usually have an accepted offer, have my earnest money on the line, done my own due diligence, have had my attorney run preliminary title and have a hard quote from my contractor.

However if they call and have a backed up toilet our customer service rep will walk them through how to plunge the toilet and do some preliminary things prior to sending out a maintenance tech or walk them thru how to reset a breaker.
