How would one even begin looking for Private money lenders in NYC, ive used the calculators provided and this platform and crunches the number on few nyc properties with renting potential but goshh capital 😣😣😣😣

Spend your time now focused on maximizing your income, minimizing your expenses, saving the difference, and educating yourself to recognize value in your investment marketplace - the fundamentals. 

@Daniel Kramer I have closed deals as an agent here in CT on all the major auction platforms and auction.com is by far the worst one to deal with. 

Airbnb is an awesome platform to start your new listings on because they have recently rolled out TEAMS...

Specifically he relies on technical analysis of real estate prices rather than the more traditional fundamental analysis of local economic conditions.   

Definitely a good platform to post as a seller or landlord.
