I also did LED lighting, and looked for efficient appliances, installed a nest thermostat and water sense fixtures, one of the bigger things I did to start was remove and update some of the lead piping in the home and install a whole house water filtration system since the supply lines from the city are still lead.

So far so good, EXCEPT, while I was at work the contractor decided to play with the old heater pipe, chipping some paint of with his finger, and YEP, pin hole leak SMH!

@Jai ReddyYes sir, we're going to be investing a little over $600k back into the property with exterior improvements, amenity upgrades and then will also implement an interior turn package of 2-tone paint, counter resurface, updated fittings & fixture along with appliances and flooring as need.
