Still pushing this remodel/house hack

OK, so I got this house to hack it. I may have over paid, but didnt care! I purchased witha VA loan and just cam back from overseas with some investment money in my pocket. So now I ripped out the basement. To remodel and oh boy! I stuck my foot in it LOL! 15k in with a contractor (the handyman), domt judge me! Hers some pics. I'll post more. So far so good, EXCEPT, while I was at work the contractor decided to play with the old heater pipe, chipping some paint of with his finger, and YEP, pin hole leak SMH! Oh did I mention the $1700 i had to drop on the plumbing, becasue someone dropped HUGE Plumb, seeds in the drain and my sink was clogged crazy! Dug out the drive way, and replaced the washroom pipe, as a bypass, becasue the $250 plumber, my $16 snake couldnt get thru🤯🤦🏽‍♂️! Cant make this up.
