that web site is pretty funny, i think alot of people watch those tv shows that make flipping houses look so easy and thats why they want to just jump right in. i know, i was one of them.

I've seen this circulating the web and have noticed a consistent theme here....All the comments on BP, Facebook or instagram that I've read are from actual STR owners and they all say the same thing "I haven't experienced this at all"This was posted by Nick Gerli using some source called AllTheRooms which is not a reliable authority on STRs.

So far I been using www.homes.com, then I click on home values on the top bar of the page, and enter a zip code, then I navigate the web map and scroll in on area which gives me my sold real estate and market value of houses.
