Relocating to Dallas Texas

Hi everyone! My name is Kirsten, my husband David and I currently reside in CA and have one home that we currently rent. We have been interested for some time in multifamily properties but after extensive research in our surrounding and local areas, multi and single family properties do not generate a lot of income in our area.

This lead us to research and ultimately decide to move to a different area in late 2016 (Texas anyone??). We are visiting Dallas-Fort Worth area in February 2016 and would like to explore the area on our own as well as with a real estate agent. Any insight from locals is appreciated!

Thanks,

David & Kirsten Cooke

@Kirsten Cookeexcellent, congrats on the big move. I grew up in Fort Worth and went to school at Texas Tech. I also have investment properties in Dallas. If there's anything I can do to help you out please let me know. My sister is a very successful real estate agent in Colleyville and would be a good person to know too.
