Short notice but I just got the call this morning.

Anyways, received word this morning that my Duplex Rental House had a fire last night.

Good Morning All, as I am reading through these discussions I am more unsure of what is the best option in home owners insurance TCV or Replacement Cost.  

I prefer to drive because the flights from NY to Dayton are expensive and the airport hassle is more than I want to deal with.

Our landlord and husband spoke this morning about how he hasn't gotten our last two month's rent, but when my husband said we did pay them both he did say he believed him (and he should, we really did pay it).

They were gone Monday morning on the offers submitted on Friday.

I have failed at mailing the rent check to the landlord once, a certified mail was sent back, I was unable to hand deliver cash on a Saturday morning, a alternate mail box has been unsuccessful as well.

I'm going to call them tomorrow morning anyway.
