When to pull out Inspection Report?
Hi,
I'm interested in a REO that's about to come on the market. I have done a personal inspection and found numerous problems. Should I present my report with my offer or wait to see if the bank counters, then present the offer?
All advice appreciated,
Mike

You could always offer, with the inspection attached explaining why your offer is at the price it is, then take it from there.
