The numbers depend on current and planned usage, orientation and size of available roof or land, and underlying cost of power.  

I guess it depends entirely on the size of the aquafer that you draw from.

For most REI, reading through the HWMC report is worth an hour of your time if for nothing more than learning the IRS "flags" (although granted for a sample size of 1.) 

What size square foot RV's are you buying?  

Mobile homes will generally rent in the same or similar range as a similar sized apartment in the area. 

But if you are considering doing a decent size renovation, be prepared.Good luck!

We don’t receive any money from the government because we are privately run.Since it’s treated as a single family dwelling, people per room depends on the size of the bedroom.

In Williamson County you need a minimum lot size of 1.0 acre to have septic.
