It seems to be a human knee-jerk reaction to show resilience in the face of disaster.My theory is that the second line of houses looking at the debris field in front of them are more likely to sell.

The biggest benefit of the LLC is in being able to have a sort of firewall between your companies and self.

My primary focus is on multifamily units and mid to long-term rentals out of state.

The lender assesses whether the rental income is sufficient to cover the loan payments.

My problem is, they tend to get swept up before I have the time to blink.

So they get miffed when the $300,000 is not $300,000 and maybe just refuse to close.   

Chattanooga Tn is a great investment market and is more landlord friendly compared to others that are more tenant friendly.

This is a rather interesting scenario I evaluated a few months ago.
