Not to be judgmental but most of the SROs I've seen in our market are not in the best condition...but the same can be said for roommates :)  I think it's better to keep the leases on the same timeline not matter which path you take.

Market is crazy right now with multiple offers on most buildings that are priced right, so definitely a great time to sell!

I have been looking into softwares like Crexi Intelligence, Propstream, Renomy to use to find property data, comps and market data.

Include a statement in your marketing and in the header of your application so everyone knows about it.

Start calling brokers and finding ones that will talk to you about the market.
